The cooled puree can now be used to set up the cream. Then take the yogurt rom its cool area and mix it with the puree. Taste it and add the nectar according to your preference.
Then pour the mixture clearly into the cream maker and make it as usual using your best ice cream maker procedure. You can then serve it after it is frozen or put it into a freezer for at least two hours.
